1. Registration and cancellation conditions
A person holds an account with Fly-Serv once they have correctly completed the registration form and approved these general terms. The client undertakes to provide accurate identity and contact details. Fly-Serv reserves the right to carry out identity checks. Should the client intentionally provide false, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete information, this may result in the immediate suspension of the service(s), without notice.
2. Password
The client is solely responsible for the use of their password and undertakes to keep it secret. Fly-Serv is in no way responsible for the loss of a password or for any hacking. The client undertakes not to disclose any of the passwords for the various management panels.
3. Hyperlinks
The www.fly-serv.com website contains hyperlinks to other sites, set up with Fly-Serv's authorisation. As Fly-Serv is unable to check the content of the sites visited, it accepts no responsibility in this respect.
4. Cookies
A cookie is a small file that does not allow the user to be identified but records information relating to browsing. The data obtained is intended to make subsequent browsing easier and to enable various traffic measurements. Refusing to install a cookie may make it impossible to access certain services. 5. Client obligations
The client declares that they fully accept all the legal obligations arising from ownership of their services, and Fly-Serv may not be pursued or held liable in this respect. The client, solely responsible for the hosted content, undertakes to personally handle any claim and/or proceedings brought against Fly-Serv in connection with their obligations.
6. Applicable law

7. Limitations of liability
Fly-Serv may not be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site, resulting either from the use of unsuitable equipment or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility. 8. Support and complaints
In the event of disrespectful behaviour, Fly-Serv reserves the right to ban the person from its contact services and to no longer provide them with assistance.

Fly-Serv may amend its general terms of use and sale at any time. Both new and existing clients are affected by these amendments, of which they are informed by email or social media.
