Yes. Arma Reforger is crossplay by design: PC and Xbox players join the same server with no special setup. That is a clear difference from Arma 3, which is PC-only. The one constraint: mods must be published on Bohemia's official Workshop to be loaded by console players.
Mods are declared in the server's config.json file, editable from FlyPanel: you enter their Workshop ID and version. They download on startup, and players receive them automatically on connection, consoles included. It is simpler than Arma 3, where everyone had to install their mods by hand.
Conflict, the main mode with its capture points, Game Master, which lets one player direct the scenario live, and Combat Ops are selected in the server configuration. Custom scenarios published on the Workshop load the same way. Switching mode is done from FlyPanel, with no reinstall.
The Enfusion engine favours processor clock speed over core count: our servers run a Ryzen 9 7950X3D at 5.7 GHz, which keeps the simulation smooth even in a full Conflict match. Memory follows the scale of the scenario and the number of simulated vehicles, rather than the player count alone.
