1. Application of the Terms of Use
The general terms of sale require the application of the general terms of use. These therefore apply to any service rented or purchased on Fly-Serv.
2. Right of withdrawal and refund
In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 paragraph 13 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts to supply digital content whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. The client acknowledges that Fly-Serv will carry out immediate performance of the service as soon as the order is confirmed and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
3. Payment
When placing an order, we invite the client to check the products in their basket. Fly-Serv reserves the right to grant or refuse a refund in the event of an ordering error.
4. Delivery of services
Services are delivered to the client within 96 working hours (except in exceptional situations and on public holidays). The majority of Fly-Serv services are delivered automatically within 5 minutes of payment; these times are not guaranteed, however, and may vary.
5. Availability of services
Fly-Serv strives to offer 24/7 availability but is under no obligation to achieve a specific result. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or technical reasons. Fly-Serv reserves the right to suspend a person from its network in the event of a Denial of Service (DoS) attack and is in no way responsible for such interruptions.
6. Amendments to services
Fly-Serv may terminate or modify the features of its services at any time, without notice.
7. Hosted content
Fly-Serv is in no way responsible for the files hosted on its servers; the client alone is responsible. In the event of copyright infringement, Fly-Serv reserves the right to delete the files concerned and, in the event of repeated reported copying, to close the service.
8. Special conditions for game servers
The use of a game server requires the application of the general and special terms of sale. Fly-Serv may modify the technical specifications of its game servers at any time (improvement or equivalent). Any modification linked to increasing the slot limit or exploiting a vulnerability is prohibited, on pain of immediate deletion without notice or refund. Fly-Serv accepts no responsibility for data losses caused by the deletion of a game server.
